Manufacturing Associate - Prep (PreWave)

The Manufacturing Associate - Prep collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department manager to produce qualify processes that meets or exceeds IPC standards. Requirements What you'll do: Prep electronic components for printed circuit board following detailed instructionInspect and quality check own work and the work of others; ensure that products meet all customer and regulatory requirementsCommunicate quality issues to the appropriate team and manager as neededAssist in other departments as needed and participate in controlled process improvement projectsPerforms other duties as assigned What you'll need: Displays a high-level critical thinking, analysis, and organization. Demonstrated self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a "hands on" mentalityStrong attention to detail and proficient communication skills, both written and oralAbility to give and receive constructive feedbackSolid understanding of common manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and basic electronic component identification and board handling (PCBA)Effectively manipulate small and/or fragile components and toolsAbility to use visual aids, complicated drawings to verify quality products.
