Manufacturing Associate II, APOC (ME)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Instruct and support new, temporary, and full-time staff members.
• Aid in tracking orders to ensure timely service for customers.
• Update the supervisor on workflow status during the shift.
• Provide feedback on team member performance to the supervisor.
• Foster positive relationships among team members.
• Communicate with Quality Control regarding rejected items and coordinate with operations for additional items.
• Manage inventory by filling and requesting supplies for the department or assigned area.
• Ensure the area is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift, adhering to PPE guidelines.
• Empower attendance and punctuality, setting an example for others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
