Manufacturing Associate II (APOC)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Instruct and support new, temporary, and full-time staff members.
• Aid in tracking orders to ensure timely service for customers.
• Update the supervisor on workflow status throughout the shift.
• Offer honest feedback on team member performance to the supervisor.
• Address personnel conflicts or issues to the supervisor.
• Foster positive and cooperative relationships among team members.
• Manage inventory by filling and requesting supplies for the department or assigned area.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to PPE guidelines at the end of each shift.
• Sort and match orders.
• Pack and ship orders.
• Report to the Department Supervisor.

Pay

Pay Rate: $16.50 hourly
