About the Role

To assemble components per manufacturing work instructions that meet production efficiencies and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform low-moderate assembly processes.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Perform tasks at established manufacturing standards.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and interface effectively with team members.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices, including recordkeeping.
• Operate in a cleanroom environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment constructing various components.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or 4+ years of work experience.
• Open to working 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).
• Must be open to working in a cleanroom environment.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and comprehend directions—both written and verbal (English).

Pay

$20.50/hour + 10% Shift Differential + EIP (Eligibility for participation in our Excellence Incentive Plan, an annual incentive program that rewards performance against financial and operational goals).
