Manufacturing Associate (Biotech)

Responsibilities

• Execute complex biopharmaceutical processes including mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and column chromatography.
• Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated automation systems, including LIMS, MES, and PI.
• Author and review critical technical documentation and operational procedures to ensure process accuracy.
• Utilize Quality Systems (TrackWise, ERP) to manage Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Requests.
• Support process optimization initiatives and monitor department-defined trending metrics.
• Maintain strict compliance with cGMP standards within a regulated commercial operations environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field; OR an Associate's degree/Biotech certificate with 2+ years of biotech manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and make manual equipment connections
• Flexibility to work the specified shift: Sunday-Wednesday (6:00 AM - 7:00 PM, alternate every other Wednesday)
• Strong understanding of cGMPs and bioprocess theory

• Sunday through Tuesday/Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM (alternate every other Wednesday)

$25 - $28 per hour
