Manufacturing Associate

A great biotech company is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support manufacturing, vial inspection, and packaging operations in a regulated production environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity to gain valuable biotech manufacturing experience. Location: New Albany, OH Pay: $18–$22/hr Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: 100% Onsite | 12-hour rotating shift, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM or 6:30AM - 6PM Responsibilities Inspect and package product-filled vials according to SOPs and batch records.Set up, operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Load materials into machines and support filling and finishing operations.Identify equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.Stock supplies, track inventory, and assist with material handling.Reconcile components and finished products and accurately document activities.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality and safety procedures.Assist with training new team members on routine tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus one year of work or military experience, or an associate degree.Filling and finishing manufacturing experience preferred; vial inspection experience is a plus.Basic knowledge of GMP and manufacturing procedures.Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.Basic computer skills and accurate documentation abilities.Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well with a team.Ability to work onsite on a 12-hour overnight rotating shift.
