We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Associate for the Conditioning department at our Bakers facility in Monroe, NC. As a manufacturing associate, you will play a valuable role within the Conditioning department helping ensure our materials and products meet customer specifications. The conditioning department is the starting stage that produces fresh-looking metal products and prepares them for smoother, more precise processing. The Conditioning Associate will perform a variety of tasks in the conditioning department and acquire skills on the shop floor through cross training and job rotations.
