What You’ll Do (Varies By Role)

  • Lay out supplies and materials on carts or floor and stock plates for component set-up.
  • Assemble components under the direction of the line leaders.
  • Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside.
  • Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials.
  • Aid in the set-up of component assembly process.
  • Maintain production workflow process assisting other areas as needed.
  • Operate all equipment necessary to the assembly process.

  • Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
  • Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.
  • Able to work in a repetitive manner for long periods of time.
  • Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
