About the role
Quaker Windows & Doors is hiring Production Workers / Manufacturing Associates to support our growing operations in Freeburg, Missouri. If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to learn, we'll train you.
Responsibilities
- Assemble vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors
- Operate manufacturing and production equipment (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Follow safety procedures in a clean, organized facility
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Manufacturing or factory experience is helpful but not required

Pay
$19.98–$25.68 per hour starting pay, with guaranteed raises at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
Schedule
- Weekend: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Day: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
