Manufacturing Associate

About the role

The Manufacturing Associate position involves safely operating machinery, reading factory orders, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting and setting up orders, and performing quality and administrative document checks. Responsibilities also include carrying tooling to machinery, accurately completing checks, and participating in cleaning functions like blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping, and disposing of scrap.

Responsibilities

• Accurately read gauges, tape measurer, and other test equipment
• Utilize basic shop math, inspect and set up orders
• Carry tooling to machinery
• Accurately complete quality and administrative document checks
• Perform cleaning functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping, and disposing of scrap

• Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shifts
• This role requires mandatory scheduled overtime

Pay

$22.72 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $25.27 in the first 90 days.

Schedule

This role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime and candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shifts, depending on company vacancies.
