Manufacturing Associate

The Manufacturing Associate role is based at the Eaton Box Facility (900 US Route 35 West, Eaton, OH 45320) and offers full‑time hourly work Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Preparing rolls for production
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math and inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Performing clean‑up functions such as blowing down machines, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap

Skills

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Following written and oral instructions
• Reading a tape measure
• One year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Clamp experience (required/preferred)

Pay

$23.14 per hour, up to $27.15 per hour plus differential.

Schedule

Hourly full‑time, Monday – Friday.
