Manufacturing Associate

About the role

As a Production Associate, you will be trained to assemble windows using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, and cutting. You will read instructions, communicate effectively in English, troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with supervision, and cross-train in multiple departments to increase versatility and earnings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products with tools and automated equipment
• Follow visual and written instructions via computer
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve mechanical and material problems
• Work across departments to add variety and improve skills

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Work Environment
