Manufacturing Associate

Schedule

1st shift Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace by anticipating, recognizing, and reporting potential hazards
• Attend required safety training and adhere to safety protocols
• Work successfully in a self-directed team environment
• Able to stand and work for an 8-hour shift
• Follow instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Operate packaging equipment, make adjustments, and load materials
• Package products, handle parts, and perform rewinds

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Continual standing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
• Constant lifting of 15 to 30 pounds
• Frequent lifting of 30 to 40 pounds
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
