About the role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team at Steelscape in Kalama, WA. Steelscape is a leading west-coast manufacturer of coated and painted metal for the construction industry, offering enduring products, design options, and superior customer experience.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
- Successfully complete WorkKeys pre-employment assessment and post-offer screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with shipping and material handling
- Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane
- Experience working as a productive team contributor
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, lift, carry, use hands to manipulate objects
- Bend, look, see, push, pull, twist, turn, talk, hear, reach above the shoulder and/or outward, drive power equipment
- Straighten, kneel, and crouch
- Lift up to 50 pounds
Salary Range
The estimated hourly rate of pay for this position is $19.77 - $37.03. The actual base rate of pay will be dependent on an individual's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for a 401k Savings plan, healthcare (medical, dental, and vision), and other generous rewards.
