Manufacturing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work in our Richburg, SC facility. This role involves performing various tasks in the Finishing Department to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Straightener Operator
• Peeler Operator
• Grinder Operator
• Mark and Pack
• Saw Operator
• Crane Operator

Additional Responsibilities:

• Use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and measuring tapes.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes.
• Use heat-treating furnaces to accurately heat treat both bar and coil products.
• Use specific mill instructions to correctly regulate furnaces and adjust for non-conformances.
• Assist with setting up machines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma / GED
• One (1) year of manufacturing experience

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
