Manufacturing Associate
Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Associate, where you will produce dehydrated culture media using advanced power mills and powder blenders. You will follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, ensuring precise documentation of the production process. Additionally, you will prepare, dispense, and sterilize liquid media using various equipment and autoclaves while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture dehydrated culture media using power mills and powder blenders.
- Adhere to all SOPs and work instructions during production.
- Accurately document the production process on production worksheets.
- Prepare, dispense, and sterilize liquid media using various equipment and autoclaves.
- Maintain precise documentation of production processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in biology and understanding of raw materials.
- Experience with SOPs and autoclave operations.
- Strong computer and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Biological Sciences.
- Consideration given to candidates with GMP/manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift and move materials as necessary.
- Comfort and capability to work with both liquid and powder-based materials.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Pay
$20.00 - $20.00/hr.
