Manufacturing Associate - (Assembly & Metal Fabrication)

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment (press brakes, punches, sandblasters, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Fabricate, assemble, and package products with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist welders and powder coat operations
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and communicate with your team to keep things running smoothly

Requirements

• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Mechanically inclined or have hands-on experience (manufacturing or restaurant back-of-house a plus)
• Organized and proud of your work
• Able to lift 50 lbs and follow clear instructions

Schedule & Benefits

• Starting Pay : $16-18/hr, Annualized Income $33,000 up to $47,000 (assuming peak shift hours)
• Current Hours, M-F 7:00 AM–3:15 PM (with paid break + lunch)
• Paid breaks + lunch
• Peak Hours, M-F 7:00 AM– 5:00 PM (with paid breaks + lunch)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or related field preferred
