Manufacturing Associate - 2nd Shift (Evenings)

Responsibilities

• Assemble O‑rings, clips, shipping plugs & caps into parts according to part procedure.
• Understand and operate machines according to procedures while following all safety protocols.
• Read and interpret job procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and company policies.
• Conduct leak testing as required by part procedure.
• Perform in‑process parts inspection to ensure product quality and completeness.
• Train manufacturing associates in procedures and processes as designated.
• Maintain daily production schedule attainment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S requirements.
• Perform basic machine repair and setup, keep machines running with minimal downtime, and use gauges or run duds as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6–12 months related light manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers and handheld scanners.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Skills

• Knowledge of Leading2Lean.
• Knowledge of SAP.

Pay

Salary range: $38,000 – $42,000.

Schedule

2nd shift position. Regular hours are 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
