About the role

Cranial Technologies is a company dedicated to treating plagiocephaly, offering the DOC Band®, a custom cranial orthotic product. This role involves manufacturing the DOC Band® in a clean, A/C-equipped facility.

Responsibilities

• Work with HAAS Mills to fabricate the DOC Band®
• Create the shape of the DOC Band using vacuum forming techniques
• Participate in a dynamic team dedicated to treating babies with cranial asymmetry
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with no shift work, no nights, and rare weekends
• Receive comprehensive training to ensure success in the position
• Work in a state-of-the-art, clean manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is a bonus, but not required

Schedule

• Mondays through Fridays
• Typical schedules vary:
  • Milling: 5:00AM - 1:30PM or 5:30AM - 2:00PM
  • Vacuum Forming: 6:00AM - 2:30PM or 6:30AM - 3:00PM
