Manufacturing and Repair Development Engineer

Rôles et responsabilités

• Develop repair and inspection technologies, process qualification, industrialization.
• Develop deep knowledge of a technical discipline. Base this on prior experience and acquired technical expertise to implement a policy/stategy.
• Deep understanding of key operational factors; use this understanding to accomplish one's own work. Deep understanding of how one's own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to one's domain.
• Show discernment and ability to propose different solutions outside defined parameters, within an orientation. Base this on prior experience and professional training to resolve simple tasks. Possesses necessary technical skills and analytical mindset to solve problems. Can use multiple internal sources beyond one's own team to make decisions.

Qualifications de base

• For roles outside the US - This role requires significant experience in the function and audio digital workstation. Equivalent to a university degree (or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
• For roles in the US - University degree (or high school diploma and/or general studies degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience).
