[HYBRID] Accounting Manager Responsibilities • Lead the monthly close process while ensuring timely and accurate GAAP-compliant reporting • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial analysis supporting productivity, profitability, and business decisions • Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and cost analysis across multiple manufacturing locations • Track, audit, and report capital expenditures • Develop and improve accounting controls, policies, and financial processes • Serve as the primary liaison for annual external audits • Support ERP implementation and financial systems optimization initiatives • Provide financial support for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects [HYBRID] Accounting Manager Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required • Manufacturing accounting industry experience required• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and standard costing/COGS required• ERP system experience required; Dynamics 365 a bonus • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) required
