Step into a newly created Staff Accountant position designed to support company growth and expand the accounting team. Responsibilities

• Post treasury transactions, journal entries, and general ledger activity.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end closing processes.
• Manage fixed asset additions, disposals, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Support accounts receivable reconciliations, invoicing, and customer account maintenance.
• Prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting activities, and support external audits.
• Cross-train within the accounting department and provide backup support for payroll and invoicing functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent accounting experience.
• 4+ years of Staff Accountant or related accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus
