About the role
This position ensures the proper weight of raw ingredients for the mixer and sets brew slurry for use with raw ingredients. It requires constant interaction with work groups and other departments, as well as demonstrating competency in activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Precisely measures all ingredients for dough mixer to maintain production schedule and formula.
- Maintains appropriate levels of ingredients in all ingredient bins.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area.
- Assists Mixer Operator with heavy lifting and moving dough trough.
- Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g., EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley).
- Fulfills work schedules, adheres to attendance policies, and follows other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- No educational prerequisite; must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
- 1 or more years of related experience (preferred).

Pay
Hourly range: $21.25 - $26.55
