Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and manually sort fastener products based on customer and internal specifications.
- Identify and separate non-conforming or defective parts.
- Perform basic measurements using gauges, calipers, or other inspection tools.
- Follow standardized work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Package and label products according to requirements.
- Record inspection and production data accurately.
- Communicate quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
