Responsibilities

• Test the Navigation system on different mobile devices, Emulators and Simulators.
• Update the end results in the client provided tool.
• Execute test cases, log bugs, track progress, and verify the resolutions of issues written.
• Drive vehicles and test the Map navigation system displayed on the cars (Preferred people who have similar experience).
• Perform long distance (1000KM) drive testing once in a quarter.
• Help the leadership team to prepare and extract metrics, track issues filed, review and update test cases.

Requirements

• Knowledge on testing across various android platforms, vehicle emulators & simulators, excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Test Engineer, well-versed with iOS & Android Testing skills and experience-on using Simulators & Emulators.
• Exposure / Knowledge in Android Studio & ADB commands is a must.
• Excellent in creating reports and sharing and communicating with stakeholders.
• Strong debugging skills and good knowledge in bug reporting, bug life cycle concepts and release cycles.
• Ability to write, review, and execute test cases based on requirements.
• Good knowledge in details of the device (Android), adb commands, Unix commands.

Qualifications

• Valid DL and willingness to perform Drive and test (Daily 2 Hrs Minimum).
• Strong Test Engineer, well-versed with iOS & Android Testing skills and experience-on using Simulators & Emulators.
