About the role
Under the supervision of the site manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks on public-works sites.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and securing of the site
- Handling of materials
- Assistance with earthworks
- Assistance with masonry, utilities, and pipe-laying
- Occasional assistance with small-surface asphalt application
- Cleaning of the site
- Cleaning tools and site equipment
- Installing shingles
- Creating and smoothing joints
- Digging trenches
- Installing street castings
- Mixing assembly products
- Monitoring supply deliveries
- Applying synthetic resin
- Cutting formwork timber
- Installing curb edges
- Basic masonry tasks
- Waterproofing procedures
- Jointing techniques
- Masonry techniques
- Welding techniques
- Slinging techniques
- Concrete cutting
- Following safety rules and instructions
- Applying proper handling postures
Requirements
- Beginner accepted if first experience in public works is appreciated

SYNERGIE Albertville is recruiting a laborer / public-works worker (M/F) for a client company specializing in utilities and roadwork in the Albertville area.
Pay
Salary based on experience, plus meal allowance and travel allowance according to zone.
Schedule
Temporary position available immediately, running through November 2026.
