Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve Manhattan WMS issues
- Cook up with warehouse operators and business stakeholders
- Perform onsite-offshore coordination
- Work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong experience with Manhattan WMS
- Good SQL knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting warehouse operations
