Managing Trial Attorney

A leading statewide personal injury firm is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators. This leadership role oversees 4–6 attorneys and their support staff, guiding case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or resolution.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 4–6 attorneys and their support staff
- Guide case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or resolution
- Run regular strategy reviews
- Mentor junior attorneys on depositions, motions, negotiation, and trial prep
- Review pleadings and case evaluations prepared by the team
Requirements
- J.D. and active Texas Bar license
- 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong Texas PI litigation experience end-to-end
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience

Pay
$130,000 - $150,000 per year
