Key Responsibilities
- Define target-state and transitional solution architecture for Outpatient Phase 3 capabilities.
- Establish architecture across: Applications, Integrations, Data platforms, Cloud infrastructure, Security controls, Operational support models.
- Review and approve: Technical designs, Proofs of Concept (POCs), Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), Technical standards and implementation approaches.
- Guide engineering teams on: Architecture patterns, Service boundaries, API contracts, Cloud-native services, Deployment models, Identity management and SSO, Observability and monitoring, Reliability and resiliency requirements.
- Support technical decision-making and modernization initiatives.

Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in: Application Engineering, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Technology Delivery.
- Strong Experience In Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, API & Microservices Design, Data Integration, DevOps Practices, Security Architecture, Production Support & Reliability Leadership.
- Conducting design reviews, Evaluating technical trade-offs, Driving modernization strategies, Leading complex technology delivery programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare registration systems experience.
- Patient-facing digital product architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with both GCP and Azure environments.
- Hybrid cloud modernization expertise.
- Strong understanding of: Observability frameworks, Security best practices, Enterprise architecture patterns.

Working Conditions

Compensation Range
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 to $207,401. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
