What Makes You a Strong Fit
- An active PE network that can be reengaged, deepened, and converted into commercial opportunities
- Clear evidence of business development, relationship ownership, account expansion, or revenue creation
- Strong judgment around talent, leadership, value creation, and operating execution
- Practical AI fluency, including regular use of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar systems
- Crisp communication, sharp questions, fast synthesis, and strong executive presence
- Willingness to get close to the work early: outreach, intake, candidate assessment, client calibration, selected searches, events, and process improvement
Compensation and Ownership
Base salary is expected to land in the $150,000–$200,000 range, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate. This role also includes a meaningful performance-based bonus opportunity and significant equity designed for someone helping build Urrly into a much larger company.
