About the role
Gartner Consulting is seeking a Managing Partner to advise the country’s most influential organizations on technology strategies that directly enable business outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Advise at the highest level. Partner with senior executives to define technology strategies that directly enable business outcomes—growth, efficiency, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Turn insight into execution. Lead hands-on consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights, helping clients move from “what should we do?” to “how do we make this real?”
- Drive measurable value. Help organizations modernize platforms, rationalize applications, migrate to cloud, unlock data and analytics, manage cyber risk, and optimize cost and sourcing.
- Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and consistently identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Lead exceptional teams. Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing consultants who thrive on solving complex problems.

- MBA or advanced degree preferred

Pay and Benefits
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 188,000 USD - 248,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
