Managing Partner in Training

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards
• Recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all times
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking
• Conduct staff meetings and set, monitor, and manage team member performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred
• Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required
• Experience in labor management and inventory control
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
• Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
