Responsibilities
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies
- Direct work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
- Manage performance of the management team through weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Hire management and hourly employees by reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring
- Plan, prepare, and oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories, and budgets
- Oversee sales and labor planning
- Verify daily Taste & Temp
- Ensure audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards are maintained
- Plan annual parties and fun outings for the staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- Oversee all local store marketing activities
- Develop and train key employees and managers on employment policies and practices
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Oversee development of key employees and managers
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- Partner with store vendors and support center contacts
- Attend weekly and quarterly regional meetings
- Maintain the restaurant's culture and core values
