About the role

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and ensure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with all employment policies
• Direct work of management team, set schedules, assign responsibilities
• Manage performance of management team through directionals, evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Hire and interview management and hourly employees
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Control food and labor costs, maintain inventory and budgets
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the restaurant
• Oversee incentive programs and employee development
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
• Communicate with vendors and support centers
• Lead the restaurant culture and promote core values

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to problem solve and manage stress in a high-volume environment

Pay

Total cash compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually based on store performance and base salary of $70,304.
