The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Managing General Agent (MGA) to take a leadership role in building, managing, and growing our insurance operations. You’ll act as a direct extension of ownership—leading a team, driving production, and helping scale the agency the right way.
Requirements
Lead, manage, and develop a team of 5–10 on-site agents
Oversee sales performance, underwriting, and daily operations
Recruit, onboard, and train new agents
Build and manage a profitable book of business
Coach team members on sales strategies, compliance, and growth
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and accountability tracking
Drive a culture of professionalism, respect, and results
What You’ll Do

What You Bring
Required:
Active insurance license(s)
Minimum 3+ years of insurance sales experience
Strong understanding of underwriting and agency operations
Proven sales performance and ability to hit/exceed targets
Preferred:
3–5+ years in P&C, Life/Health, or multi-line insurance
Prior leadership, mentorship, or team lead experience
Experience growing a book of business
Strong background in cross-selling and upselling
Technical Skills
Agency management systems (Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or similar)
CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
