About the Role

Enterprise Architects at Capgemini go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT. They define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation, and make an initial grouping of services in components using principles based on business objectives and constraints. Enterprise Architects have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.

They define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology. As a Managing Enterprise Architect, you will design, deliver, and manage complete enterprise solutions, demonstrate leadership in the architect community, and show a passion for technology and business acumen. You will work as a stream lead at CIO or CTO level for internal or external clients, lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and service delivery excellence, and serve as a role model in your local community.

Requirements

  • Preferably hold Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or above, IAF, and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 - $207,401. Capgemini provides this range in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
