Managing Engineer (Java Engineering)

For our client, we are seeking a Managing Engineer (Java Engineering) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a software engineering team focused on building and supporting enterprise-grade Java solutions that drive business execution and operational reliability. The position blends hands-on technical contribution with people leadership, requiring close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to align architecture, delivery, and engineering standards. The ideal candidate will help shape technical direction, strengthen delivery practices, and develop engineering talent in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
