New Business Development

Develops and implements new business development strategies.
Strong knowledge of business unit goals and objectives.
Ability to price business in accordance with Colliers guidelines, which may adjust annually.
Provide business line budget guidance for review and approval by senior management.

Operational Performance

Developing and implementing new business strategies.
Strong financial acumen.
Review monthly financial packages for the business unit.
Oversee Director's handling of client A/R collections/legal proceedings.

Sales and Client Relationships

Sell REMS platform within assigned Market to internal counterparts and external clients.
Understand the REMS platform and be able to transition new accounts.
Oversee Director in management of staff and operations.

Other Duties

Other duties, special projects, reports as assigned by President and other leaders of the Real Estate Management Services organization.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate or property management, with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong business development.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel required up to 10%.
  • Travel is primarily local and during the business day.
