Managing Director - Note Finance

Responsibilities

• Track client and specific industry market activity with bankers
• Manage the pitch book process for all bankers across industry groups
• Develop client-specific overviews and comparable company analyses
• Integrate company analyses with product groups for strategy discussions
• Conduct management reporting on client activity
• Collaborate with RM/PM/Capital Markets teams on financial modeling
• Liaise with deal management and product groups for presentations
• Partner with Capital Markets for market updates and financing solutions
• Complete client Opportunity Overview for financing discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years' experience in Commercial Banking credit/lending
• Demonstrated success in structuring and underwriting commercial credit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Established professional network

Pay

$125,000 – $255,000 annually
