Managing Director, Investment Structuring

For our client, we are seeking a Managing Director, Investment Structuring to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead investment structuring efforts that support portfolio and liability objectives while aligning with broader business priorities. The position partners closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and investment leaders to evaluate complex opportunities and recommend implementation strategies. It is well suited for a seasoned investment professional who can shape structuring frameworks, influence decision-making, and improve operational effectiveness across global initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $215,150 – $320,730 annually Responsibilities Lead execution of the global investment structuring strategy Manage structuring priorities to align with business objectives Oversee complex initiatives and transactions from concept to implementation Serve as a key contact for senior stakeholders on structuring matters Manage structuring analyses and recommend implementation strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify structuring opportunities Enhance structuring capabilities, frameworks, and operational effectiveness Qualifications MBA or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance with 10+ or 15+ years of relevant experience, respectively Preferred advanced degrees or professional designations, such as CFA Experience developing investment strategies linked to portfolio and liability objectives Established network and relationship management experience Experience presenting to investment committees and senior leadership is desirable Benefits Gain valuable knowledge from diverse colleagues around the world Enjoy a respectful, welcoming environment that encourages individuality Access vast career potential within a creative and innovative team Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
