Managing Director - Investment Banking
PROFILE
You have an established network among business owners, family offices, institutional investors, or referral professionals such as private bankers, trust and estate lawyers, and accounting firm partners. Your background is in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, capital raising, private equity, private banking, or wealth management. Your previous title may have been Managing Director, Investment Banker, M&A Advisor, Corporate Development Director, Private Banker, Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager, Placement Agent, Business Broker, Head of Business Development, or Family Office Executive. You are based in or deeply connected to your market, credible at the most senior level, self-directed, and motivated by what you produce.
COMPENSATION
Origination Partners participate directly in the economics of the engagements they originate: a substantial share of advisory fees on closed mandates, structured as a principal arrangement rather than a commission role. Specific terms are discussed with qualified candidates.
