Managing Director, Insights and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a $3M+ portfolio of analytics and insights engagements
• Partner with senior client teams to enhance strategic impact through insights
• Serve as a trusted advisor on analytics strategy and measurement frameworks
• Expand the role of analytics to drive measurable value in client programs
• Support new business opportunities through pitches and capability presentations
• Motivate and mentor a team of researchers and analysts
• Oversee the strategic design of multi-modal research and analytics initiatives

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, research, or insights within communications, consulting, or agency environments
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders
• Proven track record managing high-revenue healthcare accounts within multi-capability agencies
• Strong executive presence to communicate effectively with senior audiences
• Expertise with social listening tools and audience measurement methodologies

Pay

$215,000 – $225,000 annually
