Managing Director - Financial Services

Salary range: $100K–$350K. Determining compensation depends on skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and other business needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, vision benefits, and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.

A highly respected national financial services organization is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand its Tucson office. This individual will serve as the top local leader, responsible for developing advisors, recruiting top talent, driving business growth, and building a strong presence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and coach financial advisors and representatives
• Lead day-to-day office operations and performance
• Drive market growth through sales leadership and strategic business development
• Build relationships throughout the Tucson community and business network
• Mentor and support advisor success through training, leadership, and accountability
• Play a key role in growing the office and expanding the advisor team over the next several years

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within financial services, wealth management, or financial advisory
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing financial advisors
