Managing Director – Financial Services
About the role
TruOak Financial Partners is hiring a Managing Director to recruit, develop, and lead a growing team in Atlanta while continuing to build a successful personal practice. More than 30 advisors have joined the firm this year. As the team expands, the leader will play a meaningful role in that growth, establish a market presence, influence the team being built, and grow alongside the advisors they bring on. Success hinges on three pillars: recruiting talent, developing advisors, and producing business. The Managing Director will actively build a recruiting pipeline, mentor financial professionals, and lead by example through their own client relationships and production. As a non‑captive firm, TruOak offers flexibility in how financial professionals build their practices and serve clients, backed by dedicated recruiting support, training and advisor development, advanced planning resources, in‑house marketing and compliance support, direct access to senior leadership with a voice in recruiting, development, and market growth, and the opportunity to build one’s own brand and practice, including DBA options. Atlanta is a priority for the firm’s growth.
