About the role
TruOak Financial Partners is expanding in Birmingham and seeking an experienced financial advisor or leader to grow our presence in the market. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to produce, recruit, develop advisors, and build a strong local team. You will have the freedom to shape the Birmingham market with the backing of an established firm and direct support from TruOak’s leadership, recruiting, marketing, operations, and training teams.
The right candidate may be a successful advisor ready to step into leadership, an experienced manager looking for greater influence, or a well-connected financial professional who sees the opportunity to build something meaningful in Birmingham.

Pay
Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications, plus commissions and performance-based bonus opportunities.
