What We’re Looking For

Lion Berwick is seeking a Managing Director – Financial Modeling to lead and expand our Energy and Infrastructure Financial Advisory Practice. In this pivotal leadership role, you will set the strategic direction for our financial modeling capabilities, drive innovation, and ensure that our work consistently delivers best-in-class insights and outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial modeling, M&A advisory, investment banking, or infrastructure finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-value transactions in infrastructure, renewables, and/or energy transition sectors.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a track record of generating new business and deepening existing relationships.
• Advanced technical skills in financial modeling and valuation, paired with the ability to simplify complex data for strategic decision-making.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
