About the role

iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, reaching 90% of Americans each month – an audience twice the size of any other audio company, almost three times the largest TV network, and nearly four times the largest ad‑supported music streaming service. iHeartMedia boasts more #1 rated markets than the next two largest radio companies combined, is the largest podcast publisher with more monthly downloads than the second‑ and third‑largest podcast publishers combined, and podcasting now has more monthly users than streaming music services or Netflix. The company is home to many of the country’s most popular and trusted on‑air personalities and podcast influencers who connect with hundreds of communities across America, and it creates and produces popular branded live music events such as the iHeartRadio Music Festival, iHeartRadio Music Awards, iHeartCountry Festival, iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina, and the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour. iHeartRadio is the #1 streaming radio digital service in America, and its social media footprint is seven times larger than the next largest audio service. iHeartMedia offers the only complete audio ad technology stack in the industry, covering on‑demand, broadcast radio, digital streaming radio, and podcasting, delivering data, targeting, and attribution at unparalleled scale. This enables the company to combine its leadership in audience reach, usage, and ad tech with powerful tools and insights for sales teams to drive client success more efficiently than any other option. Because iHeartMedia reaches almost every community in America, it is committed to providing programming that reflects the diversity of those communities, and the company itself embodies that diversity. Core values emphasize collaboration, curiosity, welcoming dissent, accepting mistakes in the pursuit of new ideas, and respect for everyone. iHeartMedia is the only company in America holding the #1 position across all audio sectors. The organization is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace and seeks teammates passionate about its mission.
