Managing Director Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

• Establish the operational strategy and governance for customer-facing operations
• Oversee day-to-day execution and performance management of operations leaders
• Set performance standards tied to operational and service goals
• Develop leadership capabilities for sustained operational success
• Implement standardized policies and procedures across operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and AI integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or regulated fields
• Experience managing large operational organizations
• Proven track record in enterprise operational transformation initiatives with AI improvements
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills
