What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, manage, coach, and hold accountable the Audio Visual Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue, gross profit, and pipeline goals.
- Build a high-performing sales culture by setting clear expectations, establishing measurable performance standards, and creating accountability for results.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional sales talent while actively coaching individuals to increase effectiveness, confidence, and performance.
- Conduct regular sales coaching, opportunity reviews, pipeline inspections, and performance conversations that improve win rates and accelerate revenue growth.
- Partner with each salesperson to establish meaningful growth plans, helping them continuously develop professionally while achieving increasingly ambitious sales goals.
- Inspire and motivate the team to pursue larger opportunities, expand existing relationships, and consistently raise the standard for performance.
- Develop marketplace sales strategies that identify new opportunities, increase market share, and position Continua as the leading integrated workplace solutions partner.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Audio Visual marketplace, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and customer buying trends, translating insights into winning sales strategies.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, Architecture & Design firms, Corporate Real Estate leaders, General Contractors, technology partners, and other market influencers to create long-term business opportunities.
- Personally support strategic pursuits, executive presentations, and complex opportunities that have significant impact on business growth.
- Accurately forecast sales performance, pipeline health, and business trends while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner closely with Operations, Design, Engineering, Furniture Sales, Architectural Solutions, and executive leadership to ensure the sales team delivers a seamless client experience.
- Champion the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) by creating clarity, driving accountability, solving issues, and ensuring the team consistently executes against priorities.

What You Should Have
- 10+ years of progressive success in commercial Audio Visual, workplace technology, commercial interiors, or a closely related B2B sales environment.
- 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams with a demonstrated record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
- Demonstrated success building a disciplined sales culture focused on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence clients, business partners, and senior leadership.
- Experience leading strategic account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, spending meaningful time coaching salespeople in the field.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate sales activity into business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate teams, navigate difficult conversations, and inspire high performance.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Operations, Design, Engineering, and executive leadership to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the Midwest.

Compensation And Benefits
The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $150,000-$200,000 plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
