About the role
WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors.
Responsibilities
- Developing high-performing teams
- Fostering strong client relationships
- Executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth
- Mentoring advisors
- Expanding client portfolios
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery consistent with WealthBridge’s standards and values
- Leveraging the firm’s resources and brand strength to support vision for growth while maintaining own client practice
- Operating as a PLAYER/COACH role with a thriving personal practice and leading by example
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice
- Active Life and Health insurance license required
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors
- Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning
- Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
